Composer, founder and leader of the group KISS, Paul Stanley became the \"Starchild\" character due to his tendency to be defined as the dreamy lover and the hopeless romantic. Featuring an incredible resemblance to the rock star, in his facial features, anatomy, and costume, Iron Studios expands its line of music icon statues with \"Paul Stanley a.k.a. Starchild - Kiss - Art Scale 1\/10\", part of a collection that makes up the legendary hard rock band, the first band portrayed in statues by Iron Studios!\n\nSince its inception in 1973 in New York City, co-founding leaders Paul Stanley (vocals and guitar) and Gene Simmons (vocals and bass), along with Ace Frehley (guitar and vocals) and Peter Criss (acoustic drums, percussion, and vocals) assumed the personas of the characters The Demon (Simmons), Starchild (Stanley), Spaceman (Frehley), and Catman (Criss), aligning with the respective design of their looks. The quartet of musicians wearing bold black leather costumes, boots with huge platform heels, and dramatic makeup inspired by Japanese Kabuki theater, like nocturnal creatures ready to kill, changed the concept of musical entertainment with their elaborate theatrical shows, including flaming guitars, spitting fire and blood, pyrotechnics, and other effects. The band KISS constitutes one of the greatest cultural impacts of the 1970s decade, changing the concepts of music and entertainment, becoming historically significant not only in the context and world of Rock 'n' Roll, but also influencing new artists and bands of other musical styles in many segments. KISS were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in 2014, joining the most well-known and influential artists who have had a major impact on the pop and rock industry.\n\nWith 30 gold records and more than 103 million albums sold worldwide, the band continues to perform in makeup, with Stanley and Simmons still present from the original lineup. No other band has used their image or marketing better, adapting to Marvel comics, where the character of Stanley, along with the other KISS band members, received superpowers from a wizard. Becoming Starchild, he is able to shoot a beam from his left eye. This beam reveals the true nature of his target and causes the target to look at themselves. Later, he learned to control the Black Star to fire explosive beams to destroy objects and stunning beams to defeat his rivals without permanently harming them. Presented at the Inside Iron Studios Day in July, take a look at the other statue \"Ace Frehley a.k.a. Space Ace - Kiss - Art Scale 1\/10\", both available for pre-order, with other members of the group coming soon.","brand":"IRON STUDIOS","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":54162246336859,"sku":"IDC-618231954278","price":265.9,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0797\/0357\/2827\/files\/kiss-art-scale-statua-1-10-paul-stanley-22-cm-iron-studios.jpg?v=1790097559","url":"https:\/\/checkout.isoladeicollezionisti.it\/en\/products\/kiss-art-scale-statua-1-10-paul-stanley-22-cm-iron-studios-618231954278","provider":"Isola dei Collezionisti","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
